Eurex Clearing
Dear customer,
With this Newsflash, we would like to inform you about a change in the transaction input validation for security collateral withdrawal requests via C7 CMS GUI.
As of today, users can input transactions without having sufficient amount in the respective collateral position (Sufficient Position = False). Such requests cannot be processed and must be rejected by Eurex Clearing.
In the future, the system will only allow the entry of new security withdrawal transactions if there is enough position for the combination of ISIN, Collateral Pool and Collateral location for the current business date. An error message will be displayed if the condition is not met.
The change will be effective from Monday, 1 July 2024.
