Dear Clearing Member,
With this Newsflash, Eurex Clearing wants to draw your attention to the start of the E2E phases of C7 SCS simulation and its Corporate Action (CA) Focus days. In this phase of simulation, the settlement feedback that participating Clearing Members will receive is provided by the connected CSD (CBF) due to a direct involvement between C7 SCS and the related CSD. For that reason, participating Clearing Members can expect their individual reporting from CBF.
1. E2E connection to CSD
Please be informed that the C7 SCS Release 2.0 simulation is connected to IMS23 CBF simulation environment in the following time slots:
As announced in an updated "ISIN - List of financial instruments for C7 SCS 2.0" on C7 SCS Release 2.0 page, dedicated instruments out of that list are eligible for E2E testing with CBF,
where: E2E Connection envisaged = CBF
2. Reminder: Coupon compensation for Repo trades
The C7 SCS Release 2.0 simulation also foresees the corporate action processing for Repo trades and the business entered in
Testing of partial settlement with dedicated instruments
During the whole simulation period participants of C7 SCS simulation are able also to test the provision of data for partial settlements in C7 SCS reporting. The instruments DE000A2LQSN2 and DE000HV2ASW7 are dedicated to partial settlement and on each intended settlement day a 60 percent respective 20 percent portion of initial settlement quantity will be reported as settled.
