Dear customer,
The new reporting regime under EMIR Re-Fit went live on Monday, 29 April 2024 for business day 26 April 2024.
After some delays in the distribution of the Harmonized Position File on the first days, the distribution time has now stabilized:
Until further notice, the Harmonized Position Files will be available by 11:00 CEST via CRE.
Eurex Clearing is working on further improvements to make the files available by 10:00 CEST in the future. This will be announced in a separate Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflash.
