Eurex Clearing
Dear customer,
With this Newsflash, Eurex Clearing would like to inform you about an upcoming change of the publication date for
for business days, that are followed by a weekend or a TARGET2 holiday.
Due to unavailability of the trade repositories on weekends and holidays, Eurex Clearing will be sending Mirror Files as well as Harmonized Position Files together with its own EMIR reporting on the following business day. In case of a regular weekend, Mirror Files and Harmonized Position Files for business day Friday, will be created and sent on the following Monday.
Currently, Eurex Clearing is sending client files on Saturday. This will no longer be possible.
This change will be effective 23 August 2024. This means, that the files for business day Friday, 23 August 2024 will be provided on Monday, 26 August 2024.
