1.   Introduction   

To further accelerate the development of the Eurex FTSE® 100 Derivatives segment, the Executive Boards of Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Clearing AG decided with effect from 1 February 2024:

  1. The FTSE® 100 Derivatives Long-term Revenue Sharing Program for Liquidity Providers will be offered to Trading Participants of Eurex Deutschland.
  2. The FTSE® 100 Derivatives Long-term Revenue Sharing Program for Flow Providers will be offered to Trading Participants of Eurex Deutschland.

This circular contains further information on both programs and the registration process.

2.   Required action

Trading Participants of Eurex Deutschland who are interested to receive the complete information package about the programs are kindly asked to request it via e-mail to client.services@eurex.com.

After processing the request, the Trading Participant will receive the information package including a program registration form for the respective program. Provisioning of the signed registration form to client.services@eurex.com is a prerequisite for program participation.

Trading Participants of Eurex Deutschland can now register to join the new Eurex FTSE® 100 Derivatives long-term Revenue Sharing Programs.

3.   Details of the initiative

Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Clearing AG have developed two Eurex FTSE® 100 Derivatives long-term Revenue Sharing Programs designed to further accelerate the development of the Eurex FTSE® 100 Derivatives segment. The performance-based programs have been designed in consultation with major participants in the Eurex FTSE® 100 Derivatives segment and aim to build a balanced ecosystem. 

The most active program participants will be eligible for a significant share in the economics of the FTSE® 100 Derivatives products listed at Eurex Frankfurt on a long-term basis.

Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used and not otherwise defined in this circular shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Clearing Conditions or FCM Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG, as applicable.
