The ETD Derivatives Clearing Committee has been established to regularly inform Clearing Members about planned changes to Eurex Clearing's service offering for listed derivatives. The Committee offers Clearing Members the possibility to assess the feasibility and impact of presented initiatives. It also serves as a forum for Clearing Members to provide feedback to Eurex Clearing on all functional and operational aspects of its derivatives clearing offering. The received feedback is used to make recommendations to the management board of Eurex Clearing.
The committee consists of a maximum of fifteen Clearing Members. They are nominated for a two-year term based on their volume of cleared derivatives at Eurex Clearing and the number of clients they provide clearing services for.
The vendor community for the respective asset class is represented by a maximum of 3 major back-office vendors. They support the discussion with their insights on possible impact and feasibility of planned initiatives.
