On 7 May 2015, the general meeting of the company Glencore PLC decided, among other things, the distribution of Lonmin shares held by Glencore. For further information, please refer to the website of the company under www.glencore.com.
The share distribution will result in an adjustment of the Eurex options (GLEN) and the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract (GLEF) on shares of Glencore PLC.
Ex date will be 14 May 2015.
This circular contains a description of the adjustment procedure.
