IVG Immobilien AG: Discontinuation of trading at Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse Decision of the Management Board of Eurex Deutschland and the Executive Board of Eurex Zürich AG on options and futures on shares of IVG Immobilien AG

According to the insolvency plan for IVG Immobilien AG, the nominal capital of the company has been decreased to EUR 0.00 as part of a simplified capital reduction, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 229 ff of the “Aktiengesetz” (AktG, the German Stock Corporation Act), i.e. no payments have been made to shareholders. The capital decrease was entered in the commercial register on 13 August 2014. Consequently, Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (FWB®, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange) announced the delisting effective 13 August 2014 at the end of day.

For this reason and pursuant to § 16 Section 1 of the Exchange Rules, the Management Board of Eurex Deutschland and the Executive Board of Eurex Zürich AG took the decision to discontinue trading effective 14 August 2014 and to delist the options contract (IVG) and futures contract (IVGG) on shares of IVG Immobilien AG as of 20 August 2014 at the end of day.
