Due to the restructuring of Rolls-Royce Group plc, shareholders of Rolls-Royce Group plc will receive one new Rolls-Royce Holdings plc share for each Rolls-Royce Group plc share they hold.
As a result of the restructuring, also the name of the company and the ISIN will change. Ex date of the restructuring and date of the name change and ISIN change will be May 23, 2011.
Accordingly, also effective May 23, 2011, the name and the ISIN of the underlying of the Eurex stock futures contract on this company (RRFF) will change as well. Both the product code and product ISIN will remain unchanged.
