DAX德国旗舰指数扩大到40个成分股
DAX指数历史上最为全面的改革终于拍板定案
新的DAX指数将于9月20日正式生效
ZUG （2021年9月3日）- Qontigo的全球指数提供方STOXX有限公司今天宣布了DAX指数家族的全新构成。
德国旗舰指数DAX将增加至40个成分股，这标志着该指数和德国资本市场的重大进程。与此同时，MDAX德国中型企业股价指数的构成将从60个成员缩减至50个成员。
DAX指数的变动：

西门子医疗(Siemens Healthineers AG)
德之馨(Symrise AG)
哈罗生鲜(HelloFresh SE)

从2020年夏季起，DAX指数的扩充改革开始全面进展。在过去的九个月里，一些新规则逐渐被实施：
自2020年12月生效
DAX指数候选公司在其最近两年的年度财务报表中的息税折旧及摊销前利润须为正值。
自2021年3月生效
指数候选资格扩大到法兰克福证券交易所监管市场的所有发行公司。
引入财务报告要求，对不遵守规定的行为进行制裁。
遵守《德国公司治理准则》审计委员会设立的规定。
根据定期进入和定期退出标准，自3月引入额外的DAX审查。
自2021年9月生效
根据单一参数市值进行排名。
引入最低流动性要求。
DAX指数扩充至40个成分股，MDAX缩减至50个成分股。
