他在券商行业的工作经验已经超过了17年，在研究、交易和券商服务等领域拥有非常丰富的经验.他在2022年加入欧洲期交所。此前，他曾在香港Arta Global Markets Limited担任执行董事6年。在他的管理下，就交易量而言，Arta是香港交易所（恒生指数期货）和CME集团在亚太地区的第三大客户。
