今年2月11日，中国证监会公布《境内外证券交易所互联互通存托凭证业务监管规定》（以下简称“《监管规定》”）。本次发布的《监管规定》在此前监管文件的基础上，拓展了互联互通存托凭证业务境内外证券交易所的适用范围，将德国列为中资企业境外发行全球存托凭证的主要市场。
2022年4月27日，“互联互通机制下在法兰克福发行存托凭证上市机遇”网络座谈会如期举行。本次会议由德意志交易所和中欧国际交易所（中欧所）主办，中金公司和德意志银行联合举办（以公司名称首字笔画排序）。近100家国内上市公司代表参会。
各机构专家就中资企业赴德发行全球存托凭证（GDR）进行了详细介绍和解答，包括在法兰克福发行GDR的相关条件、审批流程以及监管要求，互联互通机制具体如何运作等。
