The company GSK Plc has announced the share consolidation ratio whereby shareholders would receive 4 new shares for every 5 shares held. The new shares are registered with ISIN number GB00BN7SWP63.
With the share consolidation and the ISIN change being effected, the composition of the basket underlying the GSK-Haleon-Basket options changes. This Corporate Action Information explains the adjustment.
