SGS SA : Stock split and ISIN change (updated 11 April 2023)

The company SGS S.A. has announced a stock split at a ratio of 25:1.

More information about this transaction is available on the company`s website.

The stock split will result in an adjustment of the above-mentioned contracts. In addition, the above-mentioned contracts’ standard contract size will change from 10 shares per contract to 100 shares per contract for products SGSN and SGSE.

Further, the ISIN CH1256740924 has been assigned to the new registered shares of SGS SA and will serve as the new underlying of the above-mentioned contracts. The contracts’ reference data will change as specified in the following table:
