Dear Eurex Participant,
With this Newsflash, Eurex announces the introduction of the next Member Section enhancements: Release February 2024, which will be available as of Wednesday, 28 February 2024.
The following changes and enhancements will be introduced with Member Section Release February 2024:
- Member Section User Account changes: Member Section users will be informed about changes of their account that are performed by the Central Coordinator
- Admission of Traders: Utilization of the National ID document for multiple markets
Production start: 28 February 2024
All information related to the Release February 2024, i.e. FAQs, guides, tutorial videos, are available on the Eurex website www.eurex.com under the following path: Support > Initiatives & Releases > Member Section Releases > Release February 2024.
Member Section User Account changes: Member Section users will be informed about changes of their account that are performed by the Central Coordinator
Currently, Member Section users are not notified when their Central Coordinator locks, unlocks or deletes their personal account in the Member Section.
This Release introduces an e-mail notification which will be sent via: member.section@deutsche-boerse.com to Member Section users when their account status changes e.g. to locked/unlocked or deleted by the Central Coordinator. The account owner will be immediately notified about the respective change.
This helps Member Section users to get a better overview of their personal account status and reduces individual effort by eliminating the need to contact the Member Section Support team for information.
Admission of Traders: Utilization of the National ID document for multiple markets
If an admitted Eurex trader applies for a second trader admission for an additional Deutsche Börse market today, the trader is required to upload a National ID document within the second application, even if a National ID had already been uploaded within the previously submitted application.
With this Release, Eurex traders who already have a trader admission in place can now apply for a second trader admission without uploading a National ID document. Instead, the existing National ID document from the already submitted application will be utilized. This streamlines and simplifies the application process.
If you have questions or require further information regarding trader admission requirements, please contact person.admission@deutsche-boerse.com. For other questions regarding the Member Section, kindly contact your Trading Key Account Manager or send an e-mail to: member.section@deutsche-boerse.com.
Kind regards,
Your Client Services Team
