Eurex Readiness Newsflash | Fresh look & a smarter experience: New Member Section coming soon!

We are happy to announce that the Member Section is undergoing a revamp – so you can find what you need faster, work more efficiently and enjoy a modern, intuitive design.

Starting 24 March 2025, you will be presented an improved Member Section with a

  • Simplified navigation
  • Fresh and modern UI
  • Faster & more efficient processing.

New feature

With the new Support Panel on the right-hand navigation, you will be able to access help content, open a ticket and access the services that you marked as favorites. Learn how to use the new Support Panel in our introduction video: Welcome to the Member Section.

These are the major changes on the navigation structure: 

  • Task(s): As a Central Coordinator, you can now access your tasks directly via the menu point Task(s) on the left-hand navigation. Currently, tasks are accessible in the top right header next to My Profile.
  • Search field: The search field will be moved from the Member Section header to the left navigation panel. Via the search field applications and services can be directly accessed without the need of navigating through the Member Section.
  • Central Coordinator will be renamed to Member Portal Administration: The menu point Central Coordinator will receive the new name Member Portal Administration. 
  • Handover Request: The service Handover Request will relocate to the menu point Member Portal Administration. Currently, it is available via the menu point My Profile.
  • Technical Connection: All services under Request & Configuration will move one level up in the navigation and therefore directly available via the menu point Technical Connection. 
  • Trading & Clearing Administration will be renamed to Person Admission & Administration: The menu point Trading & Clearing Administration will receive the new name Person Admission & Administration.
  • Functional Setup: This is a new menu point. Here you will find services related to the functional setup of your company.
  • Client Administration Service will be relocated and renamed to C7 CAS: This service will be available via the menu point Functional Setup. Currently, it is available via the menu point Company Administration. Additionally, the service will be renamed to C7 CAS. 
  • Invoices will be renamed to Invoices & Fee Reports: The menu point Invoices will receive the new name Invoices & Fee Reports.
  • Reports will be renamed to Reports & File Hub: The menu point Reports will receive the new name Reports & File Hub.
  • Xontro File Service: The Xontro File Service will relocate to the menu point Reports & File Hub. Currently, it is an own first level menu point.
  • Regulatory: This is a new menu point. You will find here all regulatory related services.
  • Short Code ID / Algo ID Upload GUI: This service will relocate to the menu point Regulatory. Currently, it is available via the menu point Technical Connection.
  • API Hub: This service will move to the first navigation level. Currently, it is available via the menu point Technical Connection.

Market Status

XEUR

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.

Please find further information about incident handling in the Emergency Playbook published on the Eurex webpage under Support --> Emergencies and safeguards. Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message. 

We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
