Dear customer,
With this Newsflash, Eurex announces the introduction of the next Member Section enhancements: Release May 2024, which will be available as of Wednesday, 29 May 2024.
The following change will be introduced with this release:
Trading Participants are required to provide the Declaration of Personal Reliability of their board members during the onboarding process and whenever a new board member has been appointed. This process is currently conducted via e-mail.
With this Member Section release, the process of the Declaration of Personal Reliability is triggered via the Member Section to improve efficiency and user experience.
Board members who need to provide their Declaration of Personal Reliability will be automatically identified and the responsible Central Coordinator and Admission Administrator will be assigned a task in the Member Section to provide the board member’s e-mail address, so that the respective board member can be contacted by Eurex regarding the collection of the Declaration of Personal Reliability.

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.
Please find further information about incident handling in the Emergency Playbook published on the Eurex webpage under Support --> Emergencies and safeguards. Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message.
We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
