Eurex Circular 104/22 MSCI Derivatives: Introduction of temporary Regulatory Market-Making (RMM) spread requirements

1.    Introduction

For the eleven new MSCI products that will be launched on 7 November 2022 (see Eurex Circular 096/22), temporary Regulatory Market-Making spread requirements shall be introduced for the period from 7 November to 30 November 2022.

Accordingly, the Management Board of Eurex Deutschland took the following decisions with effect from 7 November 2022:

  1. Introduction of Regulatory Market-Making spread requirements in seven MSCI futures and four MSCI options with effect from 7 November until 30 November 2022
  2. Inclusion of the spread requirements for Regulatory Market Makers in the eleven new MSCI products in the document "Eurex Quotation Parameters for Regulatory Market-Making", as well as editorial changes
  3. Removal of the Regulatory Market-Making spread requirements for the eleven new MSCI products in the "Eurex Quotation Parameters for Regulatory Market-Making" document with effect from 1 December 2022.

These changes will be published on 7 November 2022 and 1 December 2022 on the Eurex website www.eurex.com under the following link:

Production start: 7 November 2022 and 1 December 2022

2.    Required action

There is no action required for participation.
