Eurex Circular 067/23 Fixed Income Futures: Adjustment of the Liquidity Provider schemes for Fixed Income Futures during Asian and US trading hours (THX Futures)

1.   Introduction

The Executive Boards of Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Clearing AG took the following decisions with effect from 1 October 2023:

  • The Product Specific Supplement „Fixed Income 09“ and „Fixed Income 12“ will be amended as shown in the Attachments and prolonged until end of 2024. 

2.    Required action

Liquidity Providers should adapt their quotation behavior accordingly.

3.    Details of the initiative

In both schemes a few amendments will be made to the quoting parameters.

The PSS documents will be amended with effect from 1 October 2023, as shown in the Attachments. 

The amendments shall be deemed approved unless objected to Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Clearing AG within a period of two weeks after notification of this circular pursuant to Number 4 (2) of the Liquidity Provider Agreement.
