1. Introduction
The Executive Board of Eurex Frankfurt AG decided, with effect from 1 July 2024, to amend the Product Specific Supplement “Equity 01 – Equity Options and Selected Equity Index Options” according to Attachment 2.
2. Required action
There is no action required for participation.
3. Details of the initiative
Required size and spread for selected products will be amended according to Attachment 1.
The amendments will be deemed to have been approved if Liquidity Provider does not lodge objections with Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Clearing AG within two (2) weeks of notification of the amendment by means of this circular pursuant to Number 4 (2) of the Liquidity Provider Agreement.
The Product Specific Supplement „Equity 01 – Equity Options and Selected Equity Index Options” will be provided in PDF format on the Eurex website www.eurex.com under the following link:
