Eurex Circular 074/24 ETF and Single Stock Derivatives: Adjustment of maturities for selected ETF Options and Single Stock Options

1. Introduction 

The Management Board of Eurex Deutschland took the following decisions with effect from 29 July 2024:

  • to amend the term for selected ETF Options and Single Stock Options, pursuant to Attachment 1,
  • to implement the above decision, the Contract Specifications for Futures Contracts and Options Contracts at Eurex Deutschland (Contract Specifications) will be amended with effect from 29 July 2024, as detailed in Attachment 1.

This circular contains all information on the introduction of the new products and the updated sections of the relevant Rules and Regulations of Eurex Deutschland.

2. Required action 

There is no action required for participation.

3. Details

Equity ETF Options are generally available with terms up to the next three succeeding expiration months. For CNDX, CSPX, EUN2, EXSA and ISF, option contracts will be available with terms up to the next six succeeding expiration months, i.e. three additional expirations. For the detailed contract specifications, please see Attachment 1.

Single Stock Options on four Finnish stocks (product IDs: FOT, RPL, NEF,  ENUR) will be available with a maximum term of up to two years.
