1. Introduction

The Management Board of Eurex Deutschland took the following decisions with effect from 16 September 2024:

  • Cancellation of admission to trading for eight Single Stock Futures, two Single Stock Dividend Futures, two equity options and one Total Return Future pursuant to Annexes A, B, D and G to the Contract Specifications for Futures Contracts and Options Contracts at Eurex Deutschland (Contract Specifications), according to the Attachment;
  • Amendment to the Contract Specifications, according to the Attachment.

To implement the above decisions, the Contract Specifications will be amended with effect from 16 September 2024.

This circular contains the updated sections of the relevant Rules and Regulations of Eurex Deutschland.
