1. Introduction 

I.    With effect from 4 November 2024, the following additional product will be available for trading in the U.S.:

II.    In addition, the Executive Board of Eurex Frankfurt AG took the decision with effect from 4 November 2024 to: set the Regulatory Market Making Spread Requirements with a Spread of 10 basis points to be used and published for STOXX® Europe 600 Index TRF, applying the conditions of section 48 of the Exchange Rules of Eurex Deutschland, which ultimately refers to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/578 Article 1.

Production start: 4 November 2024

2. Required action 

There is no action required for participation in trading in these products.

3. Details of the initiative 

I.    Eurex Deutschland has received approval from the “Commodity Futures Trading Commission” (CFTC) to offer trading of additional Futures in the U.S. The CFTC has approved these contracts so that they can be made available for trading in the U.S.

The multicast addresses for data distribution remain unchanged. However, the following changes have been made for the port numbers:

  • Snapshot messages: Change from 59032 to 59000
  • Incremental messages: Change from 59033 to 59001

The corresponding new "capacity group" is “Cash EUR – CFTC” (previously: “Cash EUR”).

According to Eurex Deutschland's registration as a "Foreign Board of Trade", the above-mentioned products can be offered or sold to persons in the U.S. via Eurex terminals with direct access in the U.S.

II.    The respective RMM spread parameters for the STOXX® Europe 600 Index Total Return Futures will be published on the Eurex website www.eurex.com in the document “Eurex Quotation Parameters for Regulatory Market-Making”.
