As part an announcement, the company takes note of the dissolution of the agreement between the shareholder group and Bain Capital. Creation of new expirations and strikes will be resumed.
On 15 June 2023 the company Bain Capital announced its proposal to acquire SoftwareONE Holding AG via a takeover offer to the shareholders of SoftwareONE Holding AG at a price of CHF 18.50 per share.
