客户可以选择不披露，也可以向欧交所清算公司披露。
欧交所清算公司没有针对未公开客户要求三方清算合约。该关系仅保留在清算会员与客户端之间。因此，请直接与您的潜在清算会员联系，以了解其入职流程的详细信息。
清算会员知道了已公开的客户，并向欧交所清算公司披露这些客户，但客户之间无需签订三方清算协议。披露的直接客户必须经过简单的入职流程。已披露的直接客户要求交易后管理活动，才需要在入职时进行更详细的合规性检查。
直接结算的市场参与者
不持有清算许可证的直接结算市场参与者，在交易所执行自己的交易。直接结算市场参与者必须拥有自己的交易设备，以直接或通过将此功能外包来管理仓位和后台活动。欧交所直接市场参与者还必须具有合格的后台工作人员（QBO）。
直接市场参与者必须有权访问通用报告引擎以及交易和清算系统。直接市场参与者有资格使用所有隔离模型。
已披露客户 (DCs)
已披露客户没有清算许可证也不是欧交所的交易参与者。已披露客户的概念最初是在欧交所清算公司的 IRD产品场外交易中引入的，后来扩展到欧交所。对于IRD场外交易，客户必须是MarkitWire或Bloomberg等认可贸易来源的会员/用户才能进行IRD场外交易。已披露客户也可能活跃于上市衍生品中，但它们无法执行自己的交易。所有已披露客户都可以使用所有隔离模型。
已披露客户可以访问欧交所清算公司通用报告引擎（CRE），并且由已披露客户决定，单独隔离的已披露客户可以访问欧交所清算公司图形用户界面（GUI）。
FCM客户是基本公开客户端，并且始终在LSOC中运行。
基金经理 (FMs)
欧交所清算公司开发了一种特定的方法来促进基金经理的入会流程。基金经理的设置允许资产管理公司代表无限数量的基金（当基金没有法人资格时）。基金经理成为技术上的已披露客户，并管理众多资金，每个资金都有自己的帐户。每个基金都成为法定已披露客户。基金经理可以使用我们任何可用的隔离模型。

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.
Please find further information about incident handling in the Emergency Playbook published on the Eurex webpage under Support --> Emergencies and safeguards. Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message.
We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
