歐洲期貨交易所103/22號通告 - 股指衍生品：推出DAX®德指微型選擇權及因應MDAX®中盤股指期貨/選擇權退市的合約細則修訂
1. 介紹
德國歐洲期貨交易所（Eurex Deutschland, 歐交所）管理委員會做出以下決定，並自2022年12月19日起生效：
引入DAX®德指微型選擇權
因應MDAX®中盤股指期貨/選擇權退市與合約細則修訂(F2MX/O2MX)（見附件1）
歐交所德國法蘭克福子公司 (Eurex Frankfurt AG)執行董事會做出以下決定，自2022年12月19日起生效：
對DAX®德指微型選擇權納入流動性提供商激勵機制（見附件2）
流動性提供商激勵機制中的股指第14條修訂（見附件3）
生產環境生效上線時間：2022年12月19日
本通告內容包括產品退市信息及德國歐交所相關規則/條例更新。
2. 應需措施
新產品適用目前現有股指衍生品交易和清算規則，因此無需特別措施。
3. 細節
A． 產品概覽
DAX®指數微型選擇權與目前現有DAX®德指選擇權（ODAX）僅在合約規模和合約期限有所不同。指數點價位為1歐元，最長合約期限為12個月。
B． 合約規格
新的微型選擇權合約規格與原ODAX合約相同，包括其產品交易時間、交易日曆、最後交易日、結算及每日/最終結算價確定方式。

C． 是否納入歐交所 T7交易系統（TES）
新產品將不被納入歐交所 T7場外巨額交易系統（TES），只能通過電子盤訂單簿進行交易。

新產品的風險參數可於交易開始後在歐交所官方網站、歐交所清算公司官方網站查閱，鏈接如下：

Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message.
We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
