01.07.2024 11:06 CEST The previously communicated technical issue is still ongoing. As a result, users continue to experience issues connecting to C7 and OTCClear GUIs. The GUI connection issue does not impact Clearing Services via FIXML, which is working normally.
Eurex Clearing is taking all measures necessary to resume GUI availability as soon as possible.

Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively.
