The AGM of Leonteq has decided yesterday to pay a dividend per share of CHF 3,00 for the financial year 2024. For the purpose of clarification we would like to confirm that the amount of CHF 3.00 will be considered as ordinary dividend and will not lead to an adjustment when the payment becomes effective.
