任何交易员被授权代表会员在欧洲期货交易所交易都必须先被欧洲期货交易所认可为交易所交易员。
欧洲期货交易所没有限制交易所参与者的交易员数量，但是所有交易所参与者必须至少有一个被认可的交易员，才能符合欧洲期货交易所的许可要求。
每家公司至少必须有一名交易员被欧洲期货交易所认可。此外，一家公司必须有一位交易所认可的交易员才可能被许可。如果交易所交易员转换到另一家公司，则必须通过书面通知并返还到原先公司的交易员许可，并且新公司必须申请新的交易所交易员许可。
根据欧交所交易规则第3段的3.2条(passage 3 number 3.2)，欧交所认可公司的交易员必须可靠并且具有必要的技能
所有相关步骤都可以通过互联网在世界任何地方（无论时区如何）申请。您可以随时通过欧洲期货交易所会员专区中的电子交易所申请服务（eXAS）在线跟踪申请的当前处理状态。请注意，必须至少一位申请管理员会为您的公司设置电脑，因为只能通过eXAS申请为交易所交易员。
交易员将被欧洲期货交易所认可，但条件是他们可靠且具有必要的期权和期货交易所交易专业资格

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.
Please find further information about incident handling in the Emergency Playbook published on the Eurex webpage under Support --> Emergencies and safeguards. Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message.
We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
