直接結算的市場參與者
不持有清算許可證的直接結算市場參與者，在交易所執行自己的交易。 直接結算市場參與者必須擁有自己的交易設備，以直接或通過將此功能外包來管理倉位和後台活動。 歐交所直接市場參與者還必須具有合格的後台工作人員（QBO）。
直接市場參與者必須有權訪問通用報告引擎以及交易和清算系統。 直接市場參與者有資格使用所有隔離模型。
已披露客戶 (DCs)
已披露客戶沒有清算許可證也不是歐交所的交易參與者。已披露客戶的概念最初是在歐交所清算公司的 IRD產品場外交易中引入的，後來擴展到歐交所。 對於IRD場外交易，客戶必須是MarkitWire或Bloomberg等認可貿易來源的會員/用戶才能進行IRD場外交易。 已披露客戶也可能活躍於上市衍生品中，但它們無法執行自己的交易。 所有已披露客戶都可以使用所有隔離模型。

基金經理 (FMs)

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.
Please find further information about incident handling in the Emergency Playbook published on the Eurex webpage under Support --> Emergencies and safeguards. Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message.
We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
